Working at the bus barn
Seeing this type of strap set up on something else…I installed this safety strap on our washer dryer access door.
Becomes tight about a 1/2 inch before the door reaches hinge stop.
Some flex occurs in the strap which is exactly what I was looking for. Mounted high on door the flexable strap allowed for the twist needed.

Truk4u…I’am on empty bus wallet after the Charge Air Cooler and a $2000 window replacement.
I looked around but could’nt find anything small enough without compromising use of the shelf.
