    All,

    Thanks again for the replies. The flooring shown in the posting’ are absolutely beautiful. I will give consideration to each of the suggestions.

    One of those hardwood flooring stores is really close to me. What I need is very little, say 120 square feet, for the living room. Maybe I can an overstock or discontinued of porcelain, LVT, engineered that will be suitable to my best half.

    What makes the flooring professional, is having the matching stairnose for the top of entry.
