Withdrawal symptoms hitting us hard!
It’s now been three weeks since we left the coach at Jeff’s waiting on the new blinds. We are really missing our coach–this is the longest we’ve been away from her since the initial going through. Since we park at our house when we are not on the road, we would go out and visit several times a week–Margrit would go out there to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. Sure hope Jeff can get her finished by this weekend so we can go pick her up. We miss our baby!

Per, I feel your pain… I was separated from my bus for a number of months and even though I didn’t have it all that long. I missed the opportunity to spend time and learn more about her. I wish I had the option of having my bus by the house but living on top of a mountain doesn’t work. But its within 15 minutes so visitation isn’t too bad.
Do you have a picture of the new shades you’re putting in? Shades are a big deal so how about showing them off. Electric or manual?

When we get the coach back, I’ll see if I can get some pictures if I can figure out how to post them. I took a few pictures on the old blinds, so with some luck, I might be able to post before and after. The old blinds are electric, so the new ones are too. We are also having Jeff take out the dishwasher that we don’t use, so we are excited to see how well Jeff matches the finish on the new drawers we are getting in the dishwasher space.

Very cool on the drawers, we can never have enough space and 10-4 on the dishwasher. We never use the one we have here at home except for the holidays!

BTW if you can get the pictures on your computer or phone, putting them up on the Forum you’ll find is very easy. Even Jon can do it! OK, Tom has to walk him through it but he gets it done.

You can never be to far a way from your bus garage.

I would be chased from home if my bus was parked in the house garage. I somehow manage to spill diesel fuel when I work on the bus so the sacrifice I have to make is i have to walk about 15 paces to the bus garage.
I don’t know how anyone can live without their bus right at their house.

You guys are right, it must be close. Dee and I just started talking about selling our place in April and moving to where we have some flat ground for a bus garage.
I was saying how bad I felt when I met someone without a garage. And then I Met someone without a Prevost!

Ya know Dick,
One of the advantages to getting your Bus is because you can long distances, say like Florida or Arizona, in the winter time to escape those Wisconsin winters!

One of our members, a fulltimer, when I asked how he determined when to head south told me “If I go three days and can’t wear shorts, I’m too far north.”
