Winter Autofest Notice – Parking
With
no fault of Carlisle, the Sun-n-Fun facility has informed them that
they cannot take full control of the facility until Monday at 5:00
PM, the 22nd of February. There is a dog show at the facility and
they don’t completely move out until Monday.This
means if you are coming in earlier than the arrival date of February
the 23rd, Tuesday, you will have to park in a different location and
then be moved over after 5:00 PM on Monday. This other parking area
is dry camping only, is on grass, but has good hard surface. There may
be a few spots on blacktop, but that’s an unknown at present.So,
if your coming early, we need a head count and please respond to
this post with your ETA.

Actually, there is a benefit to being initially located where the photos show.
We will be dry camping but with full 50 amp power at the planned location. So on Tuesday arrive with full water and an empty holding tank. Gray water by-pass is OK. So when moving over from the grassy areas shown you can go by the water and dump stations.
