Windshield washer parts
just recently I pulled out the fluid container for windshield washer,I have never even tried it before so I did a clean up on area in steer compartment amazing how it cleaned up so well, Then I put power to washer motor and no go,I found motor worked but the impeller was gummed up so cleaned it up and new hose new fluid re installed unit ant tried it and nozzles on blades 1 was broken, called Prevost they sent new nozzles installed them and now washers work great, another check off the list.

The windshield washer in not working on the 1998 I just bought. Jeff says he will get to it before we have to leave. It will be interesting to see if it’s the same problem.

It could be the control module. My pump would not work nor would the intermittent wiper control. The pump worked if you applied voltage. New module fixed it up.

Jeff put in a new pump or motor or something and all is good.

wiper control moule. Prevost part 800293.
It is an SWF (German) module part 1GE601.195 24 volt
I could not find another reasonable sorce other than Prevost.
Above for my 93 Chassis. Your mileage may vary.

Just to know, Where is the module and what does it look like? Is it for sprayer or wipers?

its a black cube, mounted right beside the door hinges, near the wiper motor. Has a 6 or 8 pin plug if I recall correctly.
it controls the washer pump and the intermittent wiper. When mine failed the wipers still worked on slow or high speed. The pump would not work via the turn signal stalk but would if you applied 24 volts directly to the pump.
