Window Tech in Fort Myers / Naples area
Hello,
Looking for a Prevost or experienced window tech in the Naples area to remove/replace the driver top window on a 2000 H3-45.
Summary: – On the way to Florida this fall, in about 4 hrs of the drive, the top windows got unglued from the frame on 2 sides, see pics…
Was able to pull off and use some duct tape I had available, it hold for about 10 miles, it came loose. Stopped at one of the gas stations(Georgetown area), called Prevost Emmergency and their tech suggested to use carpet max grip from any builder / construction store. Found a Lowe’s close by and did not find the Max Grip but Flex Seal tape. Managed to cover lot of the window area and continued driving, was good all the way somewhere close to Sarasota, when due to pressure, the tape it was coming undone. anyway managed to get to Naples without losing the window.
Options were – Marathon or Prevost Florida, but being weekend and not scheduled for work at any of these 2 locations, it was a gamble, decided to drive thru.
All these said, I would appreciate any contacts you may be able to provide…before I take the job myself…I rather let the professionals do it

Flex Seal does not Flex or Seal. It’s simply “As seen on TV crap”!
Some Eternabond would hold it in place until you can find the necessary repair facility.

I agree Bill, initially seem to hold good but not to the bus pressure and movement.
Called a couple places, as soon as they hear Prevost there is big aahhh…those are different…sorry, we do not service buses…
