White Sands National Monument
Anyone taken their Bus to White Sands National Monument. We don’t want to camp there just spend the day. I checked google maps and it looks like there might be room but it’s hard to tell if there is enough room to turn around to get out. We are towing the traverse so figured I could disconnect it to go and explore without having to take the bus deep into the sand… although it would be some really cool pictures but I can’t image all that sand would be good for the bus….

We went there a number of years ago when we had a GMC Motorhome (much smaller) and as I recall there should be enough room for the bus. The place is really cool!

reside nearby in Las Cruces. Been to White Sands many times in an rv. You should have no trouble traveling any of the park roads far into the dooms pulling your tow and having a 45 foot coach. Just a little tight at the visitor center.
