White Chalk-Like Powder In Norgren Filter Housing
Finally got around to checking my two auxiliary air compressor Norgren Filters today for the very first time and found one to be pristine clean inside and the other to contain a white, chalk-like dust powder inside with corrosion.
NO water was present today, nor has any water ever been present in the past when I have opened the housing valve to check for water.
Is this a case of the filter simply doing its job or is indicative of problem? Thank you!
