Andre, When we replaced the Amana in our previous coach I went to the Sears web site. They have a very good dimensional description of all the refrigerators they sell. Very easy to sort through the choices. That was more than 5 years ago so I hope they haven’t changed the site.

Gopd advice from Jon, but try AJ Madison. That site sells virually every brand and provides the manufacturer’s specifications for each product, including dimensions. Shipping of the appliance is free and fast (but maybe not fast enough for Bella Terra). I used their specifications and purchased from them when I did a conversion to a residential refridgerator on my last motorhome.
That said, be careful on the specification for height of the appliance. Samsung did not include the height of the top mounted hinge assembly in the “overall height’ specification on the french door refridgerator I purchased. That 3/8” made a difference in installation…don’t ask me how I know this..
Put all of your beer in a pre-cooled Yeti or its equivalent and bring it to Bella Terra. Drop it off at my coach, and I promise to keep it cold for the entire weekend.

Colt,
Thanks for the beer fridge. Before you open my beer cooler, be sure to ask me what I did in the Air Force for 20 years. Can’t say on line. Just be carefull how you handle anything I give you.
Going to Parliament Thursday. They say they can fix me up. Will hopefully just leave Parliament and go straight to Bella Terra.

Andre,
Go to my thread here: Fridge Post
I went with Sears Model
Kenmore 51789, comes in white, black or simulated stainless. Several others have also used this fridge because of the low profile of the hinges. Parliament also did mine and did a good job. -
If the compressor is still running, the problem may simply be a bad defrost heater.
You can test that by completely deicing the freezer-turning it off /opening freezer door. If after that it cools fine for several days, your problem is a bad defrost heater.
These are not hard to replace, but having long arms helps. Plenty of utube videos that show how.

I just replaced my defrost heater ,thermostat and defrost timer
It solved the same problem, compressor runing but not cooling ,easy to change without taking the fridge out.
All three parts are part of a series circuit so I replaced them all even though the heater was the main problem.
Electrical drawing and part are all available online.

When the very common Amana on our coach quit, we installed the Sears Model Kenmore 51789 as Tom suggested. It fit very well in the hole that Liberty made for the Amana. Hopefully the hole for your Whirlpool will welcome the Kenmore 51789 with open arms.
The only thing I didn’t like about the Kenmore 51789 is that it doesn’t come with all the necessary shelves, drawers, and door tubs. And that stuff isn’t cheap when you go to buy additional ones off the the Sears website (which in my opinion is not very user friendly, and a great of example of POS). I concluded having limited, high dollar accessories in the refrigerator was a strategy of Sears to get the price down.
When posted our refrigerator problem on the Garage Journal Forum I had all kinds of recommendations to check this and check that and be ready to replace the defrost heater thermostat and defrost timer as another PC member indicated. But at this point I realized that a refrigerator installed in 1999 isn’t going to last forever the previous owner and I got 16 years of great service from it and it was time to change it out. My fear was that it would really fail for good on the road and ruin a trip … like to Alaska.
Good move taking it to Parlliament. I’ve heard good things about that shop.
