Paul if they will let my partner Tom in this bunch it is obvious they will let anyone in. Compared to some of the folks on here you and Sophie bring some class to this outfit.

Ohio was a bad decision for Christmas this year. It was 5 below last night and forecast for 8 below tonight. I know that is balmy for some of y’all up north but it is still too cold! I wonder, is it too late to give the whole state back to the original owners?

Power went out New Year’s Eve before 8:00 PM and we were gone. We came back to a cold bus late at night. The house, which is still under construction was fine, but it was 41 degrees inside the bus when the power was restored at 4:00 AM.

I seriously thought about pulling the bus out of the barn and running the generator but Duke was projecting the power being restored any minute. Of course snow being piled up and frozen around my sliding barn door was a consideration too. That will be taken care of soon because I plan to leave for Louisiana Thursday.

At least we are not having extreme temperature swings. Only 17 degrees difference between the high today and the low overnight.

    Think warm!

I’m waiting for the snow in the mountains in Palm Springs, CA. That’s as close as I want to get. 77 degrees today, we hit the low 80’s a couple of times last week.

I enjoy watching the humming birds drink their special elixir. (there is a humming bird on the feeder).

Charles are you still up by Ocala? We’re in Lady Lake. You have under taken a few projects I’m considering. Wonder if you have any time for us to stop by and ask a few questions. Thanks, Don—dwsjr169@gmail.com
