  What is this?

  I removed the original 1999 TV from the bedroom of our Liberty. Velcro’d to
  the side of the TV, the one that faces towards the outside of the coach, was
  this device. It was connected to a wire that disappears into the coach via
  male/female bullet connectors. Kinda makes me think the wire is a ground of some kind.

  

  
  

  Anyone have any idea what it is? What its for? Where that wire went?
