What is this thing
Was looking under bus and found this in right front of bus. It is on of the flexible rubber that is supposed to let something drain but not let something go in it.

Yes, that is a drain so any water that gets into the nose can drain out. It’s called a Duck bill. I believe it is used for various options when the chassis is assembled.
