What does it indicate
Found this laying behind the dash when we we’re pulling out old stereo wires and cables. Found it in part’s book item #60 only used on VIP 45. Says LED red/ in front of dash.

upper left corner.. w-1234 (example) which reads=Year W=98. from that date forward. also includes 41ft coaches etc. there should be a tag on connector that indicates what it is for Example C=connector 152 (example) is what it connects to. red normal is to draw attention to a certain function.. My coach is W-6553…specific to yours it will ask for last letter in your serial number( maybe Z) then last 4 digits

the smaller tag on yellow wire will tell us more. also number tatooed on yellow wire will tell us what it does.. the black wire is a ground.. yellow = 12V system… red is 24 volt. The whole wiring manual is a download from prevostcar.com…select tech manual.. the number on yellow wire will tell it what it is for. the tag(smaller) will give you the connector number. It will become clear once you get the codes(wire or connector numbers) Also realize that there are several unused circuits. some are extra some are just plain ones for something you don’t have.. give me the number tatooed on yellow wire. I enlarged it but was turned to far. I’ll ck book tomorrow. Bob

I believe that is the alarm indicator light. With it connected lock the bus with the fob. If it comes on that is what it is.

good luck.. just remember your and mine have been around awhile might had wires mixed or used for another purpose. No dumb questions except one not ask!!!!!! All my control air, engine ,trans and all electrical plus everything you can think of was destroyed in fire behind last bay ..this was my 4th build.
