Disables the annoying backup alarm or disables the city horn, not sure.

Turns on lights in rear if you have them.

The first should disable your air horns. You would then have a standard car horn for city driving. The 2nd should turn on a pair of lights in the rear bumper (illegal while driving!) for additional light when backing into spaces at night.

Funny we have had bus for almost 4 years and done a lot of work to it, I was changing some bulbs in dash and that’s when I noticed these 2 switches, I thought I knew all the controls Thanks’ And yes it does have an extra set of lights in the rear below back up lights.

Looking at the electricalschematics for back up system I learned a little bit, I have these lights on the back below prevostback up lights that I could not figure out how to turn on before, I tried pushing the blue switch in and no light on switch would work or the lights would work or the green rocker for back up alarm did not affect anything. So I fired up the Detroit andchalked 2 sets of tires spring brake set I put it in reverse looked at back lights and prevostback up lights were on so I pushed the blue back up switch that lit up andthose bright light came on. then I pushed the other green rocker and nothing, So I check the alarm at rear and it had 12v going to it, rock the switch and nothing. Pulled off alarm and it is dead. I ordered 1 on amazonsimilar to old one. It should all work when I install alarm, May never use it but it will work.
