Bought this bus and proceeded to do a zero out as Jon calls it.
Changed engine ,transmission, differential fluids to synthetic
Changed all filters
Changed air dryer
New air filter for engine
New brake lining for main drive (drum type)
New shocks on all positions
New a arms
New Torsion links on front
Several new Noregen’s and compression fittings
New air bags on all axle’s
Water trap added to auxillary compressor line
Water filter at steering compartment filter changed
All wheel alignment
Valve adjuster screws changed to to new style unitized adjuster
Valve and Jake lash adjusted after new screw adjuster installation
All battery cables for house batteries cleaned and battery terminals cleaned.
Ground for batteries cleaned
House batteries load tested
Power steering pump gasket replaced
Engine accessory Idler pulley bearings replaced
New belt tensioner air bags
Fluid changes on generator
Filter changes to generator
New wiper blades
Led Valentine lights for front
Gil Johnson taillights
Eight ST 230 tires
Centramatics all axle’s
Pressure pro tire monitoring
Total Vision Rear and side camera system in coach need to finish install
Captain’s and co pilot seat re holstered in seat for wear areas
Sofa re holstered to current fabric style
Sofa recovered in updated fabric withnew foam
Valances recovered in multiple color fabric to match sofa material
Carpet replaced with LVP
Both dash air fan motors replaces
New dash air compressor on order along with later compressor double adjusting braces
Rebuilt step well slide ram
Replaced intake air filter in auxillary compressor
oil seal on main drive axle
new flooring in front to replace carpet
New hoses on remote radiator for generator
Flush and clean radiator by radiator shop for generator
ALL lights interior and bay converted to led still need to do dock and clearance
Purchase soft start for three rooftops need to install
Need to remove tracstar and rotating analog antenna system to streamline airflow
Need to remove another dome not sure what it is but know doesn’t contribute to anything
Getting prepare to replace generator sound suppression
Brake and fuel pedal cleaned of rust caused by carpet supposedly absorbing moisture from shoes over years and causing rust to base plates. Coated with rustolem paint hopefully to prevent future rust
Replaced front and read tv wit LCD smart units

Brake chambers and a detailed check of push rod travel to insure automatic slack adjusters are working.

Did you do it, and then verify push rod travel or did you trust the shop?

Awesome George, and you might want and/or need to do the following?Chassis lube job.Lube calipers, slack adjusters, and caliper slide pins.Change/flush DDC coolant and filter.Change wet hub gear oil (synthetic).Change all DDC related belts.Check all DDC idler pulleys.Install new improved DDC alternator belt tensioner kit# 23527060.Install new improved DDC 50 DN alternator vent line kit# 23528624.Install DDC gear case stiffener kit# 23529492.Soap check for leaks(or replace) the air regulator for engine airbags.Superior 90* gearbox fluid change.AquaHot service(replace nozzle, clean combustion chamber, fuel filter).Replace fan belt on the electric motor behind the genny radiator.Replace the water pump/alternator belt on the genny.Do the DDC low and high speed fan clutch coils ohm within limits?Install new pure sine wave inverters.Load test house and genny batteries(individually).Coat the roof with a thermal barrier.Clean all air conditioner condensers and filters.Change marker lights w/LED units.Replace dash and/or bedroom stereo(s) and speakers w/new improved.Takes samples of used engine oil, atf, and coolant.
