A coach we are looking at used to have a converter installed RVAC system. The second owner for whatever reason, had that unit removed and four cruise airs installed plumbed thru the OTR system which the bus has. Our last coach was a Marathon H, which Marathon had plumbed the cruise airs into the OTR ductwork which worked well, even heat and cold, and very quiet. The coach in question after first modification just doesn’t have a desirable CFM, and its been recommended removing the cruise airs, chopping holes in the roof for rooftop A/C units and all the corrosponding ducting, wiring, and ceiling mods that go with it. Sounds to me, to be not wise in cost or aethetics.

Can any Legendary XLII Coach or Country Coach XLII “L O”series owners tell me what brand of basement heating and cooling unit is installed in your coaches. This would be coaches newer than 2004. Any info would be appreciated. I am hoping to save or prevent the bastardization of a spectacular coach interior.

    Thanks

Call Dave Rousey. He used to work for Legendary and may be able to give you the info you need.
