  Well was doing some work on my webasto , put new circulation pump in last year, and yesterday updated the webasto burner head from a DW230 to a Thermo 230 put a whole new burner head on it works great, you can also update it by putting in new igniter box and a new control unit but mine was 12 years old so I went with a whole new burner head works great.

  I also found out that liberty uses rubber hoses for the fuel lines and they should be stainless braided hose coming from the burner head with JVC fittings for about 18 inches or so because of the heat coming from the burner head to the fuel filter, two hoses , from the supply line and the return line !!!

  Edit. The fan wheel was rusted right on and broke when removing and the bearing in the motor was going bad photo eye bad so all good now, don’t use the webasto very much expect to run it every two weeks to keep it in good working order it was time
