If the fuel solenoid does not close crisply. It might have a puff of smoke on shut down. A puff is of no great concern. If it runs with a clear exhaust just carry on.

The burners I work on are 50,000 btu, the fuel pressure set at 145 psi and the nozzle is a Danfoss brand 0.35.

Install procedure for the nozzle is tighten nozzle, loosen a quarter turn and tighten again.

Rudy, Liberty installed the DB2020, and 80,000 btu unit because it always heats the engine block as well as heat the coach interior, so the nozzle is a .65, not the .35 you would utilize on the DB2010 50,000 btu unit. Just FYI.

Thanks Ben. I appreciate the extra info.

I am Aqua Hot oriented and the 80,000 btu burner is a new animal to me. I do not carry parts for it and the one I saw looked very different to the 50,000 btu burner I am used to.

As long as we are discussing a Aqua Hot Heater and burner or the 50,000 btu Webasto Heat Exchanger Burner, I am conversant on those.

It is good to know who I can refer to when the 80,000 btu burner is shown to myself to help the owner resolve his concerns. Bless you for your expertise and experience.
