the other day after driving 500 miles woke up in morning started engine and checked things back there antifreeze leaking , found copper pipe coming out of water pump leaking at elbow, liberty puts shut off valve up top where it shuts coolant from heating hot water tank , 1/2 inch line , replaced with 3/4 inch copper pipe and put shut off valve on bottom before elbow then the elbow to go up to top side of motor to hook to rubber hose going to hot water tank and put bracket to hold it better I carry a 3/4 plug just in case that happens that kind of leak could shut you down in your tracks if it was bad enough leak now if it leaks I can shut it off before the elbow and still drive and it will not be a problem since I do not need to heat the hot water when driving , unless in the cold months I need the heat exchanger on in water bay then I will open both valves and there will be heat, just a heads up boys check that copper pipe going to water pump. I was going to visit Jeff Rowe so we did it there had to drain all the coolant to fix it but coolant was one year old so I just put new in it good for two more years , thanks buddy!!!!
