We are home.
I am not referring to Kansas, although we are almost to the Kansas border again. We are home simply because we are in our ‘new to us’ Prevost bus.
Our house is sold. We closed on August 31st. The past week has been spent in Rockwall Texas with Brandon Blythe at Legacy Coach. If you don’t know Brandon, you should. You will never find a more knowledgable sales person or a nicer person than Brandon. He really goes the extra mile.
Our trip has been uneventful. A beautiful day for a long drive. I don’t think either of us has stopped smiling yet.
Headed back to the house to pack the coach with the few items we didn’t sell, give away or toss. We only have four days to do that plus move our shop. It will be a busy week.
The decision to go full time was made in July 2012. Hard to believe we have come this far, this fast. Thank you to all for your posts and all the good information and advice. We have learned a lot over the past year. And again, thank you Jon for walking us thru our first inspections.

Congratulations!
We retired, sold the house and went full-time in the coach in 2002. After 9 years, we reluctantly put the bus up for sale and bought a house. It was an extraordinary adventure and the experience of a lifetime.
We have travelled the country, fostered some great friendships, and made memories too many to mention.
You are in for quite a time!!
