  • Water Leak at wash down connection

    Found a small water leak when in the water bay, found out it was the PVC connection at the 90 elbow where it connects to the copper can any one tell me where to get the 90 elbows? Lowes? You can see by the photo’s where the leak is. Gary Well do not see a way I can attach the photo, I got it!

    Lowes, Home Depot, or any good hardware store can provide elbows, copper, brass or plastic.

    Unless the original elbow is cracked the problem may be that to position the elbow so it points the right way the joint was not tight enough so before you buy one you might want to consider redoing the fittings with new tape or pipe sealing compound and tightening it as necessary.

    Jon, I just tightened it and the leak stopped, if it starts again I will take it off and put tape or dope on it thanks Gary
