Wahweap RV & Campground – Lake Powell
Anyone stayed at this place near Page, AZ and Lake Powell lately? It’s on the PC map and LA-Hodag stayed there and suggested lower loops, not sure what that means.
Or is there a better place?

Your venturing pretty far from the swamp driver.
Loops are designated areas, A thru F have hook ups.
I haven’t been to Lake Powell in 30 years because it was so low due to the drought. With the last couple of wet winters the Lake has come up.
I would say it’s a river crowd. Alot of big toys on the lake.

in Mid-May. It is a very nice campground and we did have a pull-through long enough to keep the trailer hitched. FHU, too.

They have several loops but not every loop has FHU.
This campground straddles Arizona and Utah and depending on which part of the bus or campground you are standing in, your cellphone time changes

We’ve stayed there a couple of times in the past 3 or 4 years… last on D40. Great park. Scenic but the water was very low both times.

We stayed there this last fall. Loved it. Nice campground. Plenty of room for our bus. Nice view of the lake. Just watch out for large red ants and scorpions!
