Villa Buddy Seat
If you ever wondered what the parts look like under your buddy seat, here’s a picture of my motor assembly for the electric foot rest. I have a total of about 7 motors for the various seat functions. My problem was the transmission, the motor was good. I got lucky and bought a used assembly from another bus owner.
This is the transmission that is bad. I assume it’s the worm gear and haven’t taken it apart yet.

I have to multi-task, remember, bus = work in progress, never ending!

Had to replace the foot rest transmission. Contacted Villa. They were a lot of help. If I remember correctly was about $50.
