  • Vantare Panel Light switches

Posted by Jerry on November 10, 2015 at 10:04 am

I’m looking for bulbs, and especially, the procedure to replace burned out bulbs in these type of push button switches. Mine are Red when off, and Green when on.

Before I go prying on anything, how do these come apart?

Those small plastic covers pop off..pull down slightly on them so they do not break..to remove bulb i used a needle nose pliers and simply pull them straight out no twisting required..I pushed the new bulbs in with my finger.. a few bulbs left to me I located in the coach…I am also looking for a source to purchase

We stock them also. Dan Hartley in Parts at ext 246 can help with price. I am not sure what they are running these days.

They are not bulbs but actually bicolor LED’s. It is the resistor that drops the voltage to the LED that actually gets burnt up over time. I usually turn off the panel lights when not in a coach and actively using it to help preserve the longevity of them. Just a thought.
