Water too or just Electric? If you are digging, why not throw some pipes down for water? Just curious.. Looks great and us Marathoner’s cords will reach now!

T&B……..I am not familiar with the details of the codes in Jeff’s county, but it is usually not permitted to have water share a trench with electric service. If they can share a trench there are depth requirements as well as marking services located at different depths, usually with plastic tape, a specific depth of gravel covering a service, or some other means of isolation.

We’ve been here all day. Jeff told me to fill it with water ’cause it’s a lap pool. I did. It’s not.

Well wednesday is scheduled for the new transformer to get set and all hooked up….I am ready for this added project to be over….

The construction of the race shop and parking pad for the coach resulted in moving the POCO pedastal from the house to the race shop. In the trench from the shop to the house is a sewer line, water line, electric service from the race shop to the house, and conduct for low voltage down the road. The plumber and the electrician were working in the trench at the same time while the excavator sat on his machine waiting for them to finish.
This is going to be NO cheap date for Jeff. I’m wondering if he had a large enough service into his property to handle all of those 50amp drops or if he had to upgrade his service..

electrical posts w/boxes in and backfilled looks great. Jeff works hard at his “day job” and moonlights just as hard as a property developer…..28 hour days?

to have a couple of items checked out.
While taking a stroll around the parking lot this morning, I noticed some markers on the ground along the new trench.
Upon closer inspection, I found them having names on them!
A short time later I asked one of the guys who works here and he told me CONFIDENTIALLY that Jeff is planning to order commemorative plaques to honor his customers who paid for this upgrade!
I am just curious to know the background for why the largest single plaque next to the new dump has Jon’s name on it!

Hey Jon and jTom, I spoke with Jeff yesterday about using Prevost spare wires to go from the engine compartment to the breaker panel above the steer compartment for Roadmaster to use and in the course of conversation I asked him ibecause of all the new upgrades to ETLC, WHAT IS THE NEW PRICE FOR OIL CHANGES going to be.
He said he’s working on it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really

All is up and running, we were powered down for about 3 1/2 hours this morning while the new primary was pulled and the additional transformer was set….

Why bother with a brick at Magic Kingdom when you can sponsor one of Jeff’s sewer hook-ups?
Much more practical.
