Update w/Pics Aux Air replaced and Manifold
Finished replacement project, installed a Calf Air Model MP100LF. Very quiet compressor! Also changed out the manifold and added a shut off value to each zone, picked up a lot of good info reading all these posts on this site!
So some lessons learned I wanted to share with Pics, I used ThreadLocker Orange for Sealer on all threads! I tried tape, but did not work as well! Also, best leak detector was Big Blue micro leak detector, really works Great!
So now ready to find more leaks! Definitely excited about the ability to now shutoff each zone as I explore for leaks! Question, does anyone know what the color codes are? This is a Liberty 2010 H3, Yellow, Orange, Brown (I think Step Slide), white (I think doors). And then there’s a 1/4 and 3/8 line as well on Orange and Yellow.
Also, I’m not getting any Air on door values under sink. This Happened after I took Coach to Jeff, but can’t find any other shut off values beside the ones at the Norgen Values!?!?

Very nice Joe! Can you please share the make / model of the shut off valves? I would like to do the same.
Color codes in attached photo. And, real leak detectors like what you used are incredibly effective at finding even the smallest of leaks.

These were the best ones I found on amazon, DERNORD Brass Mini Values! I did try QWORK as well, they were junk! Threads in value were all jacked up!

Thank you Jeff for color codes, pretty much had guessed them all. My question now is the yellow has a 1/4 yellow line and a 3/8 yellow line, so do they both go to what?
Also, where is my Aux Tank? I can’t find it!
plus, did discover why my air doors were not working, while in shop, someone had closed the regulator all the way down! Open it up, its amazing, it works!!

Good find on the air door valve.
Aux air tank on my 07 Liberty H is attached to the ceiling of the spare tire bay.
****If ever the cruise air on the driver side of the spare tire bay is removed for service, drop the tank, replace the 2 push-in fittings with compression AND MOST IMPORTANTLY remove the PR-2 pressure protection valve and replace it as it will eventually cause all three tanks to leak at the same rate when parked.
When I replaced the PR-2 valve, I also relocated it from the aux air tank itself to near the PR-4 valve on the back wall of the “under the driver’s seat” bay so if replacement is ever needed again, it can EASILY be done.

Oh…ref the two yellow air lines, I really do not know off the top of my head. Do know the 3/8 comes after a factory Norgren water filter attached to the back wall and goes to a plastic manifold attached to the ceiling of the “under the driver’s seat bay” which provides aux air to the seat, air horn, steering wheel tilt, spare tire bay shutters, the suspension 5-stack valves (ride height / leveling etc), converter air, dash bus air system valve on ceiling of spare tire bay, bus air system valve in the evaporator valve, tag lift norgen and likely something else I cannot recall.
Can you post a photo of where you see them? Perhaps something someone added….?

Thanks Jeff! I was afraid that Aux Tank was back in there behind everything! UGH!!! I really did want to check it out but don’t think it’s worth taking Cruise Air out , at least for now!! Just had those serviced last year with Freon ! Right now tanks are holding, so probably not worth digging on that one..
