    Ugly Fix installation

    Is installation of the Ugle Fix hardware the only thing that needs to be done? I have read something about a “high altitude cutout” routine that needs to be disabled? My coach is with Jeff and I believe he has installed the hardware. Just want to make sure I get maximum benefit.

    Installation of the Ugly Fix is as simple as plug and play.

    However installing it may not provide you with any change in EGR operation. Some engines are not programmed from Prevost or the factory for the EGR to stop functioning at altitudes above 11,000′ MSL which is the basis for the Ugly Fix.

    Some EGR equipped coaches will stop all EGR operation above 11,000′ and some won’t. Email me.
