Relays are above the throttle pedal. Flashers are on the ceiling of the engine compartment, near the coolant tank, behind a little stainless panel.

Here are some hidden relays hard to see but on left side there are Left and right side blinker relays

I did find the relays above the throttle pedal and in the engine compartment. I changed one at a time with no luck. Still both the flashers and turn signals don’t work. I’m wondering if the problem points to a single problem. The picture I have attached has an electronic flasher beside the relays. The flasher wires go to the relays. Does anyone know what this flasher does and where do I purchase one?

Monty, on my 94 I replaced the flasher unit, ordered it from Prevost. Problem solved.

Always check for bad grounds.

In the electrical compartment below the driver side window, there are 2 resetable CBs for the blinkers/flashers,#125 & 126.

Old thread but Monty those relays, are there (2) 24 volt (black) and the gold one 12 volt? Running down the same problem. Pulled mine and the gold one is 12 volt. The other (2) 24 volt.Ordered the flasher also. Thought I would replace the relays while I’m at it.

(1991 XL) On the new flasher, it has a red and white wire. My old one has a yellow and white. Guess the white hooks to white and red to yellow. Has a ground also. Sound right??
