TSD FUEL CARD PROBLEMS
Per the women I spoke with at Open Roads about log on problems with my cell phone, they are having problems with the web site using Android phones.
that info and advising me to delete and reinstall the app was all the help they were able to supply.
I am really not happy to sign up and install all my info again.maybe there is another source of fuel discount.

The Open Roads app is working for me.
Either way an uninstall / reinstall isn’t too difficult. Enter email and password boom back in. Dumping the grey tank is more of a pain in the backside.
Having said above the app Fuelbook is a good backup for Open Roads. Anytime I’ve used it I am sent to high flow truck pumps that are usually easy in / out. Always check google maps satellite first.
Hard to beat Open Roads though.

Download app and enter account should be all you have to do. Your info is retained at TSD.

The Open Roads App on my I-phone works fine just now. Have not had amy issues in the past either.
The ladies at TSD work the purchases, not the computer. So they would be limited in their ability to fix software issues there or on your phone. Again, mine works great.

I didn’t. Trying to reinstall the app but it’s asking for all my Bank and life info.

My open roads app on Android is working fine. If I uninstall and reinstall is just asks for user name and password. Even without entering that info it still displays all the fuel stations in the area so I generally don’t even log in.

Before doing the uninstall did you go into the apps function and delete data and clear any cache?
With no data from a previous install it should work fine without trying to log in. If you then try to log in any it’s asking for personal information I would guess you are trying to use the wrong log in info and it’s trying to setup a new account.

Bill, I didn’t do the step you ask about . I just uninstalled and reinstalled.
