If you are staying at that constant pressure for long periods you have no problems with leaks on the brake systems.

One of the most profound statements on this Forum in a long, long time.

On re-reading that I want to make sure that the part I should have made clear is that Jake’s brake test results also show no issues. When parked our coach brake chambers have no air going to them, so to verify they are not leaking a pre-trip brake test as he does is required to verify the entire system is leak free.

I appreciate the input provided by all and want to provide feedback of what I found to date. The goon news is that I do not have any issue in my primary or secondary system. I called Prevost and had one of their Technicians give me a quick education on the air system to verify I was on he right troubleshooting path. I learned that the air system is designed to maintain balance across all three tanks when everything is functioning normally. the protection valve on acc was operating as designed (closed at ~65psi & reopened at 80psi) to prevent further loss to the prime and secondary supply. To validate, I aired up all to 125psi and then dumped the acc tank. Acc went to 0 and primary and secondary held at 125 for a week now. I then bleed out air in primary & secondary by pumping brake until it dropped to 50 psi. Started up coach to air up. Primary and secondary quickly started to build up and once they hit 80 psi, the protection valve opened and Acc came up to pressure.
So end result is the leak is only in the Acc system. Found one in the ram operating the backup camera light pod. Still another small leak somewhere else to find so I continue the hunt, but a big relief that nothing is preventing me from safely getting on the road.
Thanks again for all the quick responses and help

Good job Alex.. FWIW, I,used to drive myself nuts over aux leaks, but now I don’t worry about anymore. My H will hold some aux air for about 2 days and then it will be at zero, who cares. My belts stay up with no leak and that’s the one I want to hold air for start up.

If you have air bladder seals on the slides aux air is very important to prevent water intrusion. So if you have slides you do need aux air if you have air seals. Another reason you need slides Tom.

Alex has an 01 Marathon H Mikee, no slides, so he don’t need no stinking aux air, just Marathon air.
-
Tom just needs a Featherlite with slides, no aux air needed for slides!

Helen said you supply all the hot air needed. Maybe she wasn’t talking about the slides.
