When I saw Harry had posted to the “Hit the Bridge” thread I thought the worst of Harry and that he’d gotten himself in a catastrophic situation. I have to apologize to him. I shouldn’t have jumped to that conclusion so quickly.

Wow the “Worst of Harry”! So you’ve been talking to my family again!?

Since we’re talking truth here Dick, I must admit when I saw you’re from Wisconsin I thought you’re a cheese eater and maybe even dabbled in black arts of Bratwurst. I should not have jumped to that conclusion so quickly and apologize as well!

Did I miss a chapter in the “Harry’s travels” sagga? Is the bus cured and he is on the loose again? Or was that the eventfull original trip?

Just wondering if ETLC cured all the problems?

Hi Jim,

The driving my back wheels off the road was from my trip driving home from Texas. But I’m always looking for a good off road adventure! But sadly my bus is still in dry dock but as far as I know not in quarantine! My wife said yesterday “If I didn’t know you better I’d say this whole bus thing is an elaborate ruse”!

Im going to be up to ETLC for the October meeting. That may be the first time I see it! 🙂

You will get a significant greater amount out of the seminar if you spend as much time as possible using your bus prior to the seminar. You have to know what you don’t know. The seminar is biased towards the chassis so you will benefit greatly from using it, putting miles on it, trying to learn and understand the chassis systems and finding out the questions you have.

When you use your coach you need to get used to doing pre-trip inspections, knowing your gauge readings, learning how to operate heat and air systems, how to work the level low, your axle weights and tire pressures, and what the odd devices are hidden behind panels and doors and drawers and in closets and behind the front bumper and under the bed or near the batteries.

Hey Jon, I’m in compleat accord with every word you’ve said and I look forward to spending time with my coach doing and learning all of those things. In the just over two months I’ve owned the coach I’ve actually HAD the coach very few days.

I went to Asheville, NC today and saw many coaches on the highway and thought how nice it must be to have a coach and be a able to use it. It’s darn frustrating Jon, to search for and then a buy a coach and then not be able to have access to it! I’m not blaming anyone, not even me which I did for awhile. But it is what it is and as stated It’s darn frustrating!

Harry: There are only two places your coach should: with you or at Jeff Rowe’s shop! It’s in a good place and in good hands. You’ll enjoy it when Jeff gets done with it.
