    Trans temp

    Just drove from Wheatland WY to Seattle WA. What a nice time of year pulled the trailer did not have Trans temp with retarder on in 4 hole ever go over 230 even over lookout pass went down in sixth gear about 55 mph trailer weight is 8700 pounds just thought some of you guys might want to know. Did not touch the brakes at all , I always watch that gauge never a problem

    Sounds like you may ride that Liberty as well as your horses.

    Peter,

    At 8700 pounds how many horses you have with you? We just got a 4th horse and a new trailer that I am going to get around to getting setup for towing witht he bus.. But need to get it all weighed out and cut back on the grain given tot he horses as they are all getting a bit fat..
