Tracking a Part
I am not sure whether this is a Prevost part or a converter added part. The doors on either sided of the bus heat/air bay swing out on a hinge. I have to open the bay next to it and pull a lever to unlatch the door. This is the end of the lever that attaches to the latch.
The little plastic piece is pretty worn and prone to slipping out of the hole on the trigger of the latch. Any idea where I can find a replacement for the plastic piece?

this looks like a standard car door lock rod clip. Here is an example

Thanks again. That was simple enough. Now I know what to ask for. I remembered those being on parts when I worked on an automotive assembly line years ago but I could not come up with a name for it.
