Trace SWRC Remote Panel

I am in need of a couple of Trace SWRC Remote panels. I have already called Inverter Service but they do not have any of these. Anyone know of a resourse for these old parts? Any salvage yards?

Tom, have you checked ebay? I have had success finding stuff like obsolete parts on it.

Check with Jeff Rowe @ETLC

If they are RC 7 he has some.

The RC 7 may be too new for your inverters.

Hi Buddy,

I have not checked with Jeff yet. I was hoping he would see this post and let me know if he could help. What is a RC7?

Mine are the SWRC for the Trace 4024 inverter.

The only thing I am familiar with is the current models Trace provides with its inverters.

The RC7 is just the top of the line for the year of my inverters, 98 model inverters 3012 is what they were.

I just replaced them in June with Magnums so I gave Jeff my old inverters and remotes.

Call Xantrex, they may still have some old Trace stuff.

If that doesn’t get you taken care of, remember, worst case, you can take the one out of the face of the inverter body and put it on place of the board in the remote panel inside. Dan Hartley, our parts manager, may be able to help as well. I believe we have 3 reman’d inverters, and a few we are scavaging for parts. One way or another we may be able to help you if you cannot find elsewere.
