TPMS Recommendations Please
I just traded in my ‘06 H for an ‘08 XLII…without a TPMS.
I had 2 Pressure Pro systems installed on the H. I loved the way Jeff and Andrew at ETLC integrated the PP Pulse with the iPad. That said, there were sporadic hiccups where various tire pressures would show up blank periodically.I recently heard internal sensors may be better than the screw on sensor that Pressure Pro uses.I did an exhaustive Google search for RV TPMS options. Pages and pages of results and Pressure Pro never showed up once on any lists up to Best 12 TPMS for RV. I was really surprised Pressure Pro was nowhere to be found. Mmmm????What aftermarket TPMS systems do you like or don’t recommend based on experience? Please feel free to PM me. -

I prefer the external / valve stem mounted sensor as they are easier to replace when they go haywire. Have had OEM sensors on multiple cars go nuts requiring a tire to be dismounted, buy new sensor, remount then the shop monkeys damage wheels.
Been running EEZ Products TPMS for a few years the sensors work well. None have flaked out or given odd results. Only complaint would be their monitor that turns itself on when charging – I find that annoying because I often charge it overnight when temps drop and sometimes that triggers alerts.
But I am also a cranky basterd so that may not bother others. Or charge it while driving .

A couple of cars experience?
Beru has been the Prevost OEM for years. Every Bus they make comes out with a Beru system.
I have been running inside tire pressure systems and hard wired monitors since 2006 and have never had an issue. There are many marginal company’s selling crap. Know what your buying.
Hanging a oversize cap or whatever it is on the end of a valve stem is just asking for trouble but they sell them because there easy not good.
