Tire cleaning
When ever I wash the bus after a trip, I have tire covers on and then just wipe tires with a rag, What is a good way to clean tires with out harming them, I like clean tires!

According to Michelin, clean tires with a gentle soap. They are opposed to the use of solvents or harsh cleaners and do not want tire dressing applied to the tires.

I agree, don’t put crap on your tires. I wash mine when i wash the bus, that’s all the attention they get.

Usually I just wipe with a wet rag, The other day I used Dawn with hot water and that worked ok the cars and my truck I use a water base Maguire’s tire dressing but the car tires wear out and replaced

Hey there Art. I have had great success with Tire Soap and Rubber Care from Aero Cosmetics. Completely waterless, the tire soap cleans the tire effectively from dirt and brake dust, and the rubber care conditions the tire and leaves a nice matte finish on there. I use it on my tires

Clean with soap and water. If you like the looks of a shiny tire you can put a dressing on them but it’s not necessary and it’s simply cosmetic. The best tire maintenance is DRIVING!
