I’m not sure what, but this picture says something about the relationship between knowledge and creativity of a previous owner.
Most breakers trip internally, free of the handle, to prevent this “creative repair.” Apparantly it worked for him. Plug in another kitchen appliance!

Looks like This Guy’s ready on number 2 breaker as well. Screw already in place. The “Electric Darwin Award” should be given. Light her up!
You do know that’s why those breakers have a hole drilled in them!
