I saw Marathon installing it last winter when I was down there. They quoted me $1,600 turn key. I have thought about doing it since then. I’d love to hear some feedback as well.

Is the temp coat same as hydro stop?
How about Bus Kote?
What is better alternative? -
Jim Brown, Ft Worth,
You beat me to posting about the roof coat on the Marathon H3-45. Below are a couple of pictures, before and after.
Old roof coat was peeling with many bare spots with no protection. It appeared to be a clear coat as original from Marathon. Heat from sun beating surely caused the Cruise Airs to work harder inside the bus.
The entire roof was sanded , cleaned , primed. at Xtreme Paint and Graphics at their world headquarters in Nacogdsches, TX.
Temp Coat was brushed on all roof fittings attached to the roof skin, then using a roller apply the product. In their shop on Monday and out Wednesday afternoon.
Interested , give James a call …..e-mail him a picture of you’re existing roof for an estimate.
Xtreme…has been an advertiser on PC for many years..

so this is a new (recent) job?

Call James and run that question by him. Xtreme has been doing this process for years so I think he would have a good idea of longevity.
Another thing I noticed while traveling was the bus was quieter inside.
