TECMA Silence woes .
Our TECMA makes labored sounds and is not pumping out properly. I believe that the pump is clogged because my wife told me about having flushed a couple of disinfecting wipes that were accidentally left in the bowl after cleaning. Anyways, my documentation on the Tecma is not very detailed, so I do not know what to expect when I pull the toliet off of the wall. I am assuming, that the 4 bolts that hold down the toilet do just that. Secure the toilet but that the discharge is from the back of the toilet. Do I assume correctly that the (macerator?) pump is mounted on the back of the toilet? In that case, I would be able to remove the pump and take it apart?
Any sugestions and photos, if any, will be very much appreciated!!!Thanks!

I dont have any photos, but you are correct. Access to pump from back. Tecma has the manuals online and you can call them to walk you through the change process.

Well, as I thought, the pump was plugged-up. Fortunately, the wipes did not even get into the pump. They got stuck in the pipe nipple that connects to the pump. The hardest part of removing the toilet was a pinch fitting that the installer had put on the water-in hose. Never seen a pinch fitting before and you can not open it with regular tools. I had to use, very carefully, a snipper. That did the trick.
It turned out to be relatively easy to take everything apart. For that you need a simple Philipshead screwdriver.
The preformed hoses come right off.
While I had everything apart, I flushed the hoses and a lot of hard calcium deposit came out. So aside from the pinch fitting taking a lot of my time, everything else went smoothly and relatively little time.THE PROBLEM:

The toilet was placed on the seating bench, not the table. Besides, it had been flushed with fresh water a gazillion times, when I was hoping to be able to flush out the clog.
It sure feels good having a working toilet again.
No fun getting-up in the middle of the night and having to walk to the campground toilets …Cheers,
