Can someone with the supervision fiber optic lights give me a part number for the control box in the bay. Someone stole mine while parked. Didn’t figure it out till I tried to use them and found they where not working. Went to the bay and saw the the power cable cut off and the fiber optics unplugged.

Angry and sad to hear about this theft. Any “lessons learned” you can share with us, to better secure our coaches?

Well I’m assuming it’s partly my fault since the bay doors had to be unlocked for them to gain access. Just glad they didn’t walk in the bus itself, but I should have known even at an Rv park your valuables are not safe. I’m just use to leaving everything unlocked in my neighborhood but I wasn’t in my neighborhood so I should have taken precautions. I don’t even know when it happened since I rarely use those lights.

Your neighborhood in Miami is safe enough to leave your doors unlocked?

    Ralf:

We lived in various area across South Fl for 25 years, now live in small town in central Fl. Neighbors laugh at us because we still cant break the habit of locking everything all the time, even lock the car in a locked garage. 25 years of living in South FL habits are hard to shed.

Was on a boat trip in Maine one year, marina owner offered his truck to use for a parts run. When I asked for the keys he looked at me with a strange look, and said there in the ignition. Why would I take them out of the truck, I might loose them. LOL

The optic lights were installed by Featherlite

My box (bay one) is labeled SV-150MHL Supervison International Inc.

FFeatherlite in Sanford FL may be able to provide a source.
