Storm damage
Friend about 5 miles south of Venice Fl told us Friday night company from out of state would cover missing shingles on roof for 1,000 dollars for 100 sq ft. We went to Home Depot and bought a product called rolled roofing same as roof shingles. Loaded truck with supplies and Saturday morning drove to our son in Sarasota and Sunday morning installed 450 sq ft of patching .Drive home was long but gave us a good feeling. Cost of product we used that was 10 times better than plastic junk neighbors used was 54.dollars for 100 sq ft ,this guy did hook some people. Enough said .
