Art, if you can drive it once a month that sure would be a plus. Also, I would want to flush the toilet and run water through the sinks. I would probably empty the ice maker and turn off the water pump while away.
I go to the coach weekly to flush the toilets and run water thru the shower pump. I also put water in the sinks just to keep everything fresh.
I also run the washer and webasto monthly.
We tend to take the coach out every 6 to 8 weeks at the longest (short trips). We have just past 54,000 miles.
Good luck,

Starting it up AND driving it is great. Be sure all fluids come up to temp. Starting it up and NOT driving is ill advised.

Our bus sits from early May until Labor Day.
During that time I go through my to-do list so while I am opposed to starting the engine without running the bus on the road until all fluids are up to temperature that occasionally happens. If I did not need to run the engine such as i did this year when I changed coolant I would not run it during the storage period.
Water in the toilet evaporates and as it does it leaves minerals in the toilet bowl. I now use a plunger to make sure there is no water in the bowl while the coach is stored. Even if I service the water system while the bus is stored, as long as I do not flush the toilet it is OK until the bus is used again.
Most of the time my bus is stored the chassis is supported on stands because I am apt to have things to do beneath the coach, and the air in the air bags is depleted to take most of the weight from the tires.
The bus is ALWAYS powered up, both inverters on and maintaining the batteries. The water pump is off as is the aux compressor unless I need air, and even then I usually only pressurize the accessory system using shop air. I keep the garage door closed to keep the sun off the bus.
I do not charge the chassis batteries because they do not need it. If they do not hold enough charge to start the engine after storage I have a problem or need batteries.
