Steering bay 3 way Norgren valve leaking air
After airing bus up and then ignition off sir is exhausting from valve causing bus to lean to the right. Has valve failed internally ? Replace valve maybe?

The control of leaning relates to where the air from the air bags on the side the bus is leaning. In the case of a bus leaning left or right, as opposed to dropping in the front, the primary valve to prevent air from escaping from those air bags is the 5 port Norgren mounted on the bulkhead forward of the drive axle.
When you manually lower a portion of the coach the air escapes from the specific air bags, through the 5 port to escape to atmosphere through the valve shown.
My guess is if you replace the 3 port, you may also find you are going to replace the 5 port in the rear.

Totally agree with Jon as I just went through this and after replacing the 3 way had to replace the 5 way so I would start with the 5 way for sure.
The valve in question is always open from port 2 to exhaust port 3 so if you have air it is coming through as a result of the 5 way valve, above that valve, that controls letting air go to port 2 when initiated. On mine it was valve K81EA00-KAC-KAC which you can get from either Prevost or directly from Norgren at a lower cost.

Mike, the 5 way you’re referring to is in steering bay or in rear as Jon mentioned?

Mine was in the steering compartment just above the 3 way, but I have an entertainer config so it might not be what you have. Jon is definitely more experienced in this area, but if it is like mine the two valves were in the steering near the manifold for the level control.

My schematic showing in rear. Just replaced 3 way and no change, so as Jon mentioned probably the 5 way in rear. Appears to be drivable since it airs up and level. Thanks guys.

It is driveable because you can produce more air than you are leaking. You likely will see accessory air cycle up and down. You are not only starting to work your compressor more than it has been worked, but it is working the air dryer harder also shortening cartridge life.
Any air leak you can hear needs attention.

Installed 3/8 inch plug into 3 way norgren exhaust port. Aired up and now level for 4 hours with no known leaks.

Good temporary fix. You won’t be able to use the level low to lower the coach if it was raised or needs to go lower, but ride height function will work.

Now every other day leans to right. Start aux compressor and level up.
