Yes, the Starlink has a Router that transmits just like at home.

The new Starlink antenna is sold without a router, it can be purchased as an option.

I have/use the Starlink router, what results do others have using other routes (better, worse,or equal)?

It doesn’t have to be a very good router, you are only trying to cover a 7′ x 8′ x 45′ area.
