Sold our Vantare !!
Well yesterday we completed the sale of our Vantare and it’s currently on it’s way to it’s new home in Orange County.
We are very happy as are the new owners… they will have completed 1100 miles when they stop in Tucson tonight since they left here at 4pm yesterday and they are loving it so far, he says it drives like a dream and he is loving the fuel economy.. his Beaver with a Cat got 2-4 mpg and his wife says he’s getting 8.9 in the Vantare… we only got 6.8 to 7.6 mpg the way we drove so I don’t know how he’s getting that unless he has a strong tail wind. He isn’t towing a vehicle either.
I told him to get on PC and introduce himself… he did say he’s looked around a bit on here but not joined I don’t think.
Steve Bennett is a good friend of theirs and helped get them into a Prevost… Thanks Steve !! Also Tom and Jon for your support and the PC advertising.
So happy to no longer belong to the TBC !!

Diane and Larry, Congrats on leaving the club. Been there twice in recent years…didn’t like it. Someone got a great coach, we know how you take care of stuff.

Congrats on the bus sale! If we don’t sell ours in the next week, we’ll be members of the TBC.
We should take delivery of the new coach on Monday, Nov. 3rd. Can’t wait!

Congrats Diane, that was a nice bus, I saw it had a LOT of watchers on eBay so no doubt it was gonna move.
Pre- egr series 60, good conditions, 55 mph, and would not be totally surpirsed at those mpg numbers.

Jerry the new owner called Larry last night just to thank him they arrived home to Orange CA and tell him how happy he is with the bus !!
Mr Mark, I too hope you don’t have to join the TBC, we have belonged to it numerous times and once for over a year (2005 Navigator)… hopefully we won’t do that again.
Just price it to sell and go on down the road !!
I know you are so excited about getting in the Liberty finally… such a long wait but well worth it… I hope it’s everything you want it to be.

Well, we received the good news today that our membership to the TBC will most likely end next week. Everything has been agreed to verbally.
Our membership will have only lasted about 20 days. We are happy! We’ll keep our fingers crossed until the contract is finalized and the check clears.
