Shout out for Great Service
For those of you who have the “blue solenoid valves” on your coach placed in various positions to handle liquid flows such as water or coolant to and from water heaters and relief valves for fresh water…. these are Goyen Valves manufactured in Australia. They are expensive and some of us have 6 to 8 of them on our coach.
Recently, we felt that one of the valves was malfunctioning and set about to find a replacement or a repair kit.
After talking to a distributor at “Baghouse America” … we got nowhere and were told it was a six week wait for the part or the kit… but were finally referred to Goyen Valves in New Jersey. The person there (Julie) was sympathetic to our frustration and offered to send us a new valve overnight at their expense ….and even though that valve was not the exact one …she said it had the exact solenoid part within it we were seeking…..
This whole thing was done at their expense and set us quickly on the road to repair….

800 542 0110 ….and the service person is Julie. The valve in question and repair kit was later priced to us by “Baghouse America” at a cost of $110 for the kit and $302 for the valve … way over the market…
