  • shore power disconnect breaker

Posted by pierre on August 11, 2019 at 8:08 pm

I have a 06 Marathon XL. Just got back from a short trip. Plugged in and turned on Shore power breaker in 2nd bay driver. Started out two green and one red. Would not go to shore power. Stayed on inverter.

Shore power surge protector reads no errors and 122 amps and 123 amps on each leg.

Currently no lights at all on shore power disconnect.

    Any insight?

    In your post you wrote:

If we assume you meant 122 volts and 123 volts on each leg… try disconnecting from shore power, turn off bay 2 breaker, reset breaker at shore power plug in, plug in surge protector, plug shore cord into surge protector, then check indicator lights in bay 2 before turning on the bay 2 breaker.

    Works sometimes!!!

meant volts! Actually found wires in shore power plug to be loose. Probably from yanking on the plug from new surge protector. Camco replacement plug ! ok quality but may replace.
