Shocks
While doing the rear air bags and norgrens, I decided to change out the shocks as well. The shocks appeared to be original and once I had them off, that was easy to confirm. I could hold the shock in my hands and compress/extend with little effort, they were WORE out. They were cheap at Prevost, right at 38.00 each. Last October while heading to Austin, we ran the back roads awhile and I knew the shocks were gone after about 50 miles of dips that had the rearend bouncing up and down like a pogo stick. New bags and shocks, I’m ready for the dips now. Besides, the yellow is much prettier than Jon’s.
