They have parking spots with 50 Amp plugs, a dump station and a FW hose bib.

An outstanding service facility. They not only took care of my problem when I was there this past November, they treated us like family while we were there. I’m going to be stopping by there next month on my way North to have a couple of things done and I’m looking forward to the visit.

Had to use road side assistance from Winter Garden in February. The tech was named Johnnie and he provided excellent service. We were very pleased.

I do hope they transferred the s60 and LX teams from Jack. I recall on a visit to wintergarden they did not have the older technicians . As many know there are some awesome tecs in Jacksonville .

Butch was at Mira Loma, transferred to Jax and is now in Winter Garden. If you have any questions or concerns, ask to speak with Butch!

Good people there. Only complaint is they have their billing department screwed up. I presumed the work done there was covered by Marathon as my coach was under warranty when the issue occurred. I received a collection call from Prevost over 6 months later looking for their $. I’ve heard from other people similar stories about Prevost shops in general so probably nothing specific to indict Winter Garden over.

Same thing happened to me at Winter Garden. A collection agency came after me. No call from Prevost first. Really p’d me off.

A touch off topic … bought $2,500 in parts from Prevost. I have an account. Mailed the CC info to the address in Greensboro NC where the bill came from. Never hit CC. Got a dunning email from Prevost. Called the number on the Greensboro invoice, got transferred to Quebec (I think), the CSR said Greensboro couldn’t process credit card payments (I think that’s what was said! I was on land line, connection was terrible.). Gave Quebec the CC info, finally got bill paid.
