Run Lelays (spare)
Does anyone carry extra Run Relays?? R53 and R54 In the rear electrical Box there is two relays,they say 24v engine run relay and 12v engine run relay, they have a different part number then other relays here is some pictures, or is it just the mounting bracket?

Those just look like standard Bosch relays. The long part number to the left that starts with J is just for the socket. I’ve usually seen the relays with the mounting tab (like your two in the middle) wired without using a socket at all, just 1/4″ female spade connectors. The relays are cheap enough to carry an assortment of spares, but you could also probably cannibalize one in a pinch from a less-critical system to get you to a parts store.
Correction: That’s not a J, it’s a 3. That’s a fairly common socket part number, and any Bosch-style relay should fit in there.
